Deleting a Role
If a role is no longer relevant to your organization, you can choose to delete it. You cannot remove any of the default system roles.
To delete an existing role:
- 
Click Roles on the Settings menu. The Role Administration page opens.

Click the role that you want to delete. The Role Details page for that role opens. 
- 
Click Delete. You are prompted to confirm the deletion. tipThe Delete button will be disabled if you are viewing a system role. 
- 
Click OK. The Role Details page closes and the role you deleted is no longer listed on the Role Administration page.
